Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing winnings derived from that bonus.

betmabet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes bets that betmabet believes may be placed in error, bets that exceed account limits, or bets placed during a technical fault.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, betmabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. betmabet is not liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to continue betting after becoming aware of an apparent error.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on betmabet. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, player account level, and promotional period. betmabet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

betmabet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betmabet reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
If your account is suspended for investigation, betmabet will aim to complete the investigation within 14 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, betmabet may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance.
You may close your betmabet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
